Mertziotis, President of ΕΕΕΘ, spoke at the 11th International Symposium on Focal Therapy and Imaging for Prostate and Renal Cancer, presenting an innovative focal laser therapy method for localized prostate cancer. He is among the very few centers worldwide — and the only one in Greece — using this technique.
The presentation generated significant interest within the international medical community, leading to planned educational visits by physicians from Australia, the USA, and Israel.
